Stretch … Relax … and Unwind
Through the practice of asanas or postures we bring back our natural state of balance and harmony. By working in a quiet and attentive way, keeping full attention on the posture we are in, the mind has a chance to fall quiet. This way of working allows us to come back to the present moment and not to dwell on the past or future.
Rose Mary is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga tutor and welcomes beginners and experienced students of yoga.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Time: 10.30 am – 12.00 noon every Tuesday
Cost: £50 per 10-week term or £60 per 12-week term
