Infra-red Sauna Detox Treatment
Curative holistic thinking looks very closely at toxins lodged within the tissues of the body. Heavy metals such as mercury and lead that enter the body through tooth fillings and pollution are traditionally difficult to extract. Infra Red Detox can help with the process of elimination.
The Detox Box uses naturally occurring Far Infrared Rays that safely and effectively rid the body of many lifelong accumulated toxins and heavy metals. Far Infrared is the most healing and beneficial part of the sun’s energy and can assist with energising and cleansing the body, whilst relaxing the mind. It has the capacity to eliminate 2-3 times that of a typical sauna but at much safer and more comfortable temperatures.
As you detox, the process can help with:

The Detox Box is made from Russian Spruce to allow for a toxin free environment and one comfortable for even the most chemically sensitive person.

What happens in a treatment?
Sessions last one hour during which we recommend your time in the Detox Box lasts no longer than 30 minutes.
A session at the Sanctuary provides not only private use of the Detox Box but also your own private dressing area and shower. You may sit in this area and recline with a drink and your favourite book or magazine whilst out of the sauna and go in and out at your convenience.
